So experience with Back Market is always positive hence returning more than once and recommending and sending links to friends and family. Prior to Christmas a order was placed but order was lost by the courier. The process of a refund whilst hindered from my end with time, ment a short delay, added to with frustrations from what I can only pop down as time zone delays in reponse was all completed via email. Once all signed declarations from my end was in the refund was very prompt. So I still wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Unfortunately the volume keys f10,11 and 12 do not work. I can change the volume from the top of the screen however, this was disappointing. I do appreciate I can return the MacBook Air but, this would be a major inconvenience and one I do not wish to take up. This is a gift for my wife and I do not want her to be without a laptop for any period of time. This feedback is intended to be constructive and I urge you to complete a thorough quality check prior to distributing to avoid future disappointment. Although this was a "fair" standard purchase one would expect the keys to be working at the least ! This is the first time we have used your services and did so on recommendation of others who have purchased and, we were intending to purchase another laptop in February for our daughter's birthday however, we will now reconsider our options as gifting such items as said, one does expect them to be in working order.
