Dell Inspiron 5400 14" Core i7 1.3 GHz - SSD 512 GB - 16GB QWERTY - Englisch

Do not buy from this seller (Bazartech). The laptop I ordered was advertised explicitly as having a US English keyboard, but it actually had a European keyboard with additional unwanted characters. As well as this, I made sure to order a laptop in ‘excellent’ condition, but the one I received was clearly scratched on the top and marked on the bottom, and the screen did not turn off even when holding down the power button. Other people have left reviews claiming they have had similar experiences with incorrect and/or faulty products - I have suggested to Back Market that they review this seller or remove them from their platform as they are not trustworthy. To make matters worse, after I had already left the laptop with DHL to return with the returns label provided, the seller sent me a message saying that the returns label given by Back Market was incorrect and attached a new one. I had to go back to DHL, retrieve the parcel, change the label and drop it off again. Thankfully this did not cause too much of a delay, but it was still very inconvenient. Back Market, on the other hand, were fantastic as usual - despite being shipped internationally (DHL Express), the product arrived two days after ordering with no further import tax or other fees to pay. The complaints form was very quick and simple to fill out and I was automatically provided with a *free* returns label with tracking included (albeit not the correct one). I sent them a message to tell them what was going on and they were very prompt to reply, kept in touch and supported me throughout the process. They also monitored the seller’s conversation with me and made sure that they gave a full refund within the allowed 2 working days, which appeared in my bank account the next day. I have purchased products through them before which have been faultless - it is a shame that this particular one was not.
