Lieferung und Bestellung waren schnell und unkompliziert. Das Produkt selbst weißt jedoch einige Mängel auf. Durch den vorherigen Besitz des gleichen (originalen) Kopfhörers liegen direkte Vergleiche vor, welche ich hier aufliste. -Knöpfe (An/Aus, Lautstärke, Pause) fühlen sich qualitativ minderwertiger an und sind bei Betätigung sehr laut im Ohr. -Akku Laufzeit erheblich geringer, auch bei geringer Lautstärke. (Max 9h zu versprochen 15h/ 40% geringer) -Gerätesounds (bei An-/Ausschalten, Akkustandswarnung) sehr minderwertig und blechernd -Akkustandswarnungssound alle 30 sec bei niedrigem Akkustand Positiv: -Bluetooth-Verbindung einwandfrei -generelle Klangqualität sehr gut

Ausgezeichnet, Ich hatte ein identisches Modell, das durch ständigen Gebrauch seit fast 3 Jahren abgenutzt ist. Ich kaufte die gleichen wieder, weil sie sehr komfortabel, langlebig sind, haben ich Schnur und gute Qualität Audio. Dieser scheint mir, keine Ausnahme zu sein.

I got these because was fed up of the buds I have (a different brand) falling out sometimes when I put on/take off my mask. After checking out a number of reviews, went for the Powerbeats and really pleased with them. However, just want to add you only know what a company is really like when something goes wrong. I had to send my earphones back as they came damaged and obviously wondered whether I was being scammed. Without boring you with the ins and outs, all I can say is the company I dealt with (E-Tech) and Back-Market were faultless. I followed the site instructions and the company responded instantly. The E-Tech customer service were friendly, helpful and professional and within a week I had a replacement. Back-Market in the mean time checked-up to see if all was well. I've read positive reviews and thought people may have connections or have incentives from the firm to post something good, but for what it's worth for those out there who are cynics such as myself, my experience hence the review is genuine.
