Ich glaube, ich habe vielleicht das falsche Produkt gekauft! Ich bin 77 Jahre alt und habe noch nie ein Chromebook benutzt, also ist das alles eine neue Lernerfahrung für mich. Allerdings ist meine Enkelin dieses Wochenende zu Besuch und wird mich hoffentlich aufklären.

Product came in a sturdy, made-to-measure box, in an anti-static plastic bag with some bouncy cushioning underneath so someone is bothered it arrives undamaged. The thing is simple and lightweight and perfect for me! I am not very bright with technology (I did call it 'the thing'!) and just want to look up something or order something, then get out. I would never choose anything like this without asking someone else's opinion. I was chatting at work about needing something with our IT woman and she found this and said it would probably be good for me. I was told this sort of thing is more secure too. Dad should have one, to stop him clicking all over the shop like he does. Big minus? Please stop me ordering stuff!

Wirklich toller Service von Back Market, aber ich denke, da man sich auf Drittanbieter verlässt, um die Waren mit der Bewertung gut/ausgezeichnet usw. zu liefern, wird das nicht genau genug überwacht. Ich werde den Laptop, den ich bestellt habe, zurückschicken, da er als fast neuwertig mit so gut wie keinen Gebrauchsspuren beschrieben war, aber leider sieht er sehr gebraucht aus.
