    When I received the phone, I noticed immediately scratches both on the screen and the body of the phone. I contacted Renewd and they said " we've made an error somewhere along the line and have sent you the wrong unit." They offered me a swap or refund. Five months after I had used the phone, I changed my operator from (Telia to Elisa) and it turned out that Elisa or DNA could not work. After some research it turned out that the phone was blacklisted. I had to send the phone back to Renewd and they tried to "repair" it. After I got it back, it did still not work, as expected from a blacklisted phone. I had to send pictures of the phone not working before they accepted to take it back and give a refund. The whole process took about a month! The customer service was good and the delivery fast (DHL express).
