    The product I was sent didn't boast a retina display as described, and the charger that came with the product stopped working after the third or fourth time I used it. However, everything else worked fine. The machine performed as expected. This wasn't my first MacBook Air, and they are beautiful, sleek laptops - this one was no different. The customer service from BackMarket / Bitz For All was impressive, and the delivery was also pretty swift. I returned the product ultimately because I changed my mind, and had to reassess my overall budget long-term. That said, when I upgrade my smartphone I will likely use BackMarket to do so.

    I am soooo impressed with BitzForAll in every way possible! So I ordered this laptop (which arrived in record-time) and even though everything else was perfect, unfortunately there was an issue with the microphone. I followed Back Market's steps for how to return items, and the process was surprisingly smooth! Seller kept me updated throughout everything and within 3 days the laptop was returned and the mic issue was solved. Such fast, polite, and efficient service. Laptop was in BEAUTIFUL condition and for a fraction of the price of a brand new one. Would highly highly recommend. ☺️✨

    The product is immaculate and exactly as described. It arrived promptly exactly when advised. I contacted the seller because I wanted to obtain a euro plug for it, and they sent one in the post....no charge, and didn't want the old UK one back!     I was so pleased with my Macbook, it arrived really well packaged, with a power pack included . It had obviously been looked after as its in great condition for a 2015 model. I needed a macbook with decent RAM and enough memory to run photoshop creative suite, and edit photographs. I managed to download the latest version of Mac OS Big Sur, im really happy. I would buy from them again!
