    Ordered an excellent condition Samsung A14 for my daughter. It looks like a brand new phone. Was so impressed that I ordered another for myself. Both phones arrived earlier than estimated. Will never buy a new phone again,as these "refurbished" really are as good as new,abd savwd a fortune!!

    I have to admit to being a bit nervous to buy used device, but the price was good and I had heard good things. So I went for it. The unit was delivered quickly and was in a box that made it look brand new. Really happy with the whole thing. Will be using it for the next purchase.

    I am really, Really pleased with the qualitiy of this phone. I ordered 2 of the excellance conditioned and they are, the other was in the orange which was for me. As android user anyway found it very easy to set up the phone did most of it once i signed into my google account. Also the delivery it came on the given delivery date, I was kept up to date with the delivery all the time.

    Came exactly when it was supposed to. Delivery info. and tracking spot-on. In impeccable condition - appeared to be brand-new in a sealed box. Word to the wise, though, you'd have got top marks in spite of deploying the corny mock-antique-speak, if only you hadn't cocked it up. If you're going to write 'Fervently hoping that all has gone impeccably, and waiting to hear thy judgment, I remain,' then you absolutely need to follow it up with 'Thine, Customer Care', NOT 'Yours'. Using a plural and a singular to refer to the same entity is a sure-fire way to piss off a copy-editor. Mangled English apart, nothing to complain of. Yours, Satisfied Customer.
