The Thinkpad was sent quickly! So the refurbishing company is reactive. I dont complain, i was quite impatient. I really appreciate the keyboard sticker sheets, as i did not choose this Thinkpad because of the keyboard layout but because it was affordable for me. Really nice and good thinking to include these. The listing said the condition of the laptop was "good"... Im not sure what good means. There was some dirtiness in the corners, and a slight crack on the shell, but apart from that everything is fine. No dead pixel. No borked key. Overall very fine. Inside as well. Good as new. The components are as advertised, and i did not see anything strange or unsightly on the motherboard. Battery charged is at 97% of what it was designed for... Good. Cannot speak for windows, i had other plans. But it was there. After some weeks of usage: No. All good. No complaint at all. No bad surprise. I suppose only the smell of new plastic is missing, but thats a given with refurbished laptops ;) Very happy with this one! It is off to new adventures with me!
