I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. I have to say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The device is actually in excellent rather than just very good condition, with a barely visible dink on the top of the cover. The screen is epic, the build superb and battery in great condition after running diags. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely buy another refurbished Apple device from Back Market. Thank you. Recently purchased a MacBook Pro Retina 16-inch (2019) that was described as being in "good" condition. It arrived within 3 days of ordering it. It is absolutely pristine and I genuinely cannot find a mark on it. Después de una semana de uso, solo puedo estar mas que contento con la compra. el estado del MacBook Pro es prácticamente nuevo, sin mas que 2 minúsculos arañazos en la tapa imperceptibles al tacto y una pequeñísima mancha de haber quitado pegatina con algún producto, pero no molesta en absoluto. la pantalla y el teclado están en perfecto estado, sin marcas ni arañazos y la batería está en estado óptimo, con solo 122 ciclos de carga. el MacBook Pro fue enviado en envoltorio de seguridad para portátiles y a su vez envuelto en papel burbuja dentro de la caja de envío. importante destacar que el cargador enviado es original APPLE de 96W y precintado a estrenar por mi. Macbook arrived in good time and works perfectly. It was in 'Fair' condition but it has some pretty hefty dents on it. It's okay I've bought a hard case for it but I was a little surprised at the dents. Some scratches on the back which are fine and the screen is in perfect condition. Overall happy with my order but I would possibly get good to excellent if I was to order again. So far, so good. I have enjoyed every bit of the MacBook. Easy access, fast, wide screen. However, whenever I plug in the charger to charge the laptop, the charger gives off a funny sound at the point of contact with the power outlet. Then after some minutes, it stops.
