Der Service war gut. Auch wenn die Bestellung erst beim zweiten Anlauf klappte, wurde die bereits erfolgte Zahlungsabwicklung des misslungenen Versuchs anstandslos rückgängig gemacht. Das MacBook funktioniert wie erwartet. Der Versand hat reibungslos funktioniert und auch die Verpackung war in leicht trennbarer Watteverpackung schonend. Neben dem beschriebenen Ladekabel waren sogar zwei weitere Kabel zum Anschluss von Peripherie enthalten. Einziger (kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Lageraufkleber, der nicht einfach rückstandslos entfernt werden konnte und Klebereste hinterließ.

Have some signs of wear on the case, specially at the edges, but nothing big. Very tiny defect on the frame of the screen. Keyboard doesnt feel really good. I have a feeling its heavly typed macbook. Some keys are not responding quite well (e.g left shift and S). Battery life is near perfect with 90 cycles. I have feeling for a hardware is well kept. Only thing that I am unhappy is the keyboard. Rest is very good.

An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Best decision ever made saving money by buying a refurbished Mac Pro rather than brand new, hopefully it lasts as long.

Ho comprato MacBook Pro M1 2020 in condizioni come nuovo. Ma ero ancora un po' incerto su cosa avrei ottenuto. Dopo una settimana il mio portatile è arrivato dalla Francia ed è davvero come nuovo. Batteria al 99% e nessun segno di usura. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto.

Ho acquistato un MacBook Pro m1 del 2020 256gb in ottime condizioni, lo ho ricevuto in pochi giorni ben impacchettato. Fisicamente è praticamente nuovo, la batteria è al 100% ed ha fatto 91 cicli. Nel pacco c'era il caricatore con presa inglese e ci ha inserito un adattatore per presa italiana!. Nel complesso sono contento al 100% perché ho un prodotto praticamente nuovo a metà del prezzo.
